The demonstration phase in Unterschleissheim wrapped up in February. The on-site emulator has returned to Freiburg to prepare for the demonstration phase in Turkey. The experiments in Unterschleißheim concluded with a focus on the degassing of non-condensable gases from the geothermal brine, depending on temperature, Reynolds number and gas composition, as well as the system state. The MALEG team received great support from motivated students at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, who successfully completed their master’s theses on the work at USH.
